Sri M. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy was born on 15-08-1940 in an agricultural family at Veldurthi in Kurnool District, he had his early education in a local Rural School and graduated from Andhra University in the year 1969 and took his Law Degree in the year 1972 from Jabalpur University. He practiced as an advocate upto 15.08.1976 and was appointed as the District Munsif on 16.08.1976. He was promoted as the Sub-Judge in the month of January 1986. He was promoted as the District and sessions judge, Grade – II in the month of February 1992.He was worked as the Registrar of A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission from 1993 to 1996.

Sri B. Rajanna. was born on 23-7-1943 at Hanumakonda in Warnagal District. He took his LL.B from Kakatiaya University and enrolled as a Member of the Bar in the year 1974. He was appointed Munisiff Magistrate of State Judicial Service in October 1981 and promoted as District and sessions Judge in Ocotber’1995. Took Charge as Registrar, A .P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad on 28-02-1996 and worked as such till 27.02.2001.

Sri M.V.S. Krishnaji Rao was born on 20-09-1948 and Studied B.Sc at AVN College and Law from A.U. from 1970-1973 and practiced as Advocate around 1973 to March 1981.He was appointed District Munisif 10-04-1981.He was promoted as District and Sessions Judge Gr-II with effect from 28-10-1995.Took Charge as Registrar, A .P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad on 31.5.2001and worked as such till 30-04-2003.

Sri L. Ravi Babu born in earst while Addanki Taluk in Prakasm District in an Agricultural Family and had School education in ZPHS Uyadana and Intermediate in Government Junior College, Maddipadu, B.Sc degree in TJPS College, Guntur and Law degree in Andhra University, Waltair. Enrolled as Advocate on 18/12/1980 and practiced mostly on Criminal Side in Chirala, Ongole and Addanki still September 1985. Joined in A P State Judicial Service on 7-10-1985.Worked as Munsif Magistrate from 7-10-1985 to 24-04-1995 and as Subordinate Judge from 27-4-1995 to 15-06-2002 and as District & Sessions Judge from 21-06-2002 to till Date. He worked on deputation as Registrar, A P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad from 22/05/2003 to 29/04/2006.

Sri P. Gurunadha Rao worked as Registrar from 08.05.2006 to 30.06.2006.

Sri P. Jagannadha Rao garu born on 03-02-1949 and completed his Law Degree in the year 1976 and enrolled as an Advocate. He worked as II Additional Munsif Magistrate at Guruzala, as District Munsif at Saluru, Narasampet, as Principal District Munsif at Amalapuram, as Judicial First Class Magistrate at Vizianagarm, and promoted as Sub-Judge in the year 1990 and worked at Atmakur and Narsaraopet. Later he worked as Law Officer for Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam, as Additional District Judge at Machilipatnam, as District & Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam, as Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-II, as Chairman, LRAT, Kakinada, as Judge at Family Court, Secunderabad and later worked as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Khammam and disposed of number of cases as well as conducted number of legal awareness camps to bring awareness about the Civil Laws among the illiterate people. On 18-08-2006 he joined as Registrar, A.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad. He actively participates in games and Sports.He worked on deputation as Registrar, A P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad from 18-08-2006 to 08-08-2007.

Sri M. Lakshminarayana garu born at Chirala in Praksam District in an Agricultural Family and had school education at Chirala and obtained B.L. Degree from Andhra University, Waltair and LLM from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Enrolled as Advocate in the year 1981 and practiced on Civil and Criminal Side at Chirala. Joined in A P State Judicial Service on 01-04-1987.He worked as Munsif Magistrate at Kovvur (W.G), Nalgonda, Warnagal and Kaikalur. He worked as Assistant Judge at City Civil Court, Hyderabad and promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 1998 and worked at Narasaraopet and Tenali. Latter he worked as administrative officer at A P State Legal Services Authority. Later he was promoted as District and Sessions Judge in the year 2003 and worked Additional District Judge at Guntur, Tenali and Kurnool till Date. He worked on deputation as Registrar, A P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad from 04-07-08 to 03/07/2010.

Smt S. Praveena born at Anantapur in an official family and had school education and graduation at Ananatapur and obtained B.L and M.L. Degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur and practiced on civil side at Anantapurand joined in A.P.State Judicial Service on 01-5-1991. She worked in different places in Kurnool, Chittoor, Kadapa, Guntur Districts as Munsif Magistrate. She worked as II Assistant Judge in City Civil Court, Hyderabad and then promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 2004 and worked at Ranga Reddy District, Janagaan in Warangal District, IV ACM in Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad. Later she worked as Deputy Director (Legal) in A.P.Lokayukata, Hyderabad and then promoted as Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge in the year 2010 and worked as II Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Mahaboobngar and then worked as Secretary, A.P.High Court Legal Service Authority. Later posted on deputation as a Registrar, A.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad on 15-9-2011 to 28-05-2015.
