Hon’ble Sri Justice A. Lakshman Rao was born on 14.1.1934 at Vellalur Village in Ponnur Taluk at Guntur District. Passed B.Sc., B.L. Degree from Hindu College, Guntur, Law Degree from Madras University, Madras. Enrolled as an advocate in January 1959 and joined in the Chambers of Sri Thota Lakshmaiah who was a Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court. Appointed as a permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 10.12.1982. Acted as Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh from 1.7.92 to 12.10.92; 16.1.93 to 31.1.92; 2.7.93 to 13.12.93; 4.4.94 to 23.4.94; 20.6.94 to 8.7.94; 3.8.94 to 23.9.94; later transferred to Allahabad High Court as Chief Justice from 24.2.1995.

Hon’ble Justice Sri A. Venkatarami Reddy was born on 20.01.1931 at Mellampudi, Guntur Dist. Passed M.A., LL.B. Post graduation from Christian College, Madras. Law degree from Madras Law College, Madras. Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1957. Joined in the office of Justice Koka Ramachandra Rao. Elevated as permanent Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 22.04.1987. Retired on 20.01.1993.

Hon’ble Justice Sri S. Parvatha Rao was born on 26.11.1935. Passed B.Sc., B.L. Matriculation in the year 1948. Intermediate from S.R.R. & S.V.R. College, Vijayawada in the year 1950. Degree from Loyola college, Madras 1954 to 1957 Oxford, England. Law from Madras Law College 1958-60. Enrolled as an advocate on 14.8.1961. Worked in the chambers of Late Sri D. Narasa Raju former Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh, and junior to Sri N.V.B. Shankar Rao and Sri Justice Raghuvir. Appointed as Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 16.3.1990. Retired on 26.11.1997.

Hon’ble Justice Sri P. Ramakrishnam Raju was born on 9.11.1936 at Kothapadu Village of Tanuku Taluq of West Godavari District. Passed B.A.B.L. College education at Government Arts College of Rajahmundry. Law Degree from Andhra University Waltair. Enrolled as members of the Bar in June 1959. In the year 1966 shifted the practice to High Court of A.P. Appointed as Permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 4.11.1992. Retired on 9.11.1998.

Sri Justice I.VENKATANARAYANA was born on 2nd April 1940 at Chittoor. He had his early education at District Board High School, Chittoor and subsequently studied Intermediate in Pachiyappa’s College, Madras University. He obtained his M.A Degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi and later did his LL.B at Delhi University. He joined the High Court Bar and was associated with Sri T. Anantha Babu, Senior Advocate and present Advocate General. As a Senior Advocate he commanded large volume of work and argued a number of important cases on Constitution, Company Law and Taxation. He was a Standing Counsel for A.P Housing Board and a number of Nationalized Banks and Companies. He was elevated as Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 17th May 1999 and was made a Permanent Judge on 20th April 2000. In a short span of three years he has delivered a number of important judgments on civil law and service matters. He laid down the office as Permanent Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 2nd April 2002. He has been functioning as President of A.P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad from 4.2.2004. He retired on 2.4.2007

Hon'ble Sri Justice Desaraju Appa Rao Born on 14-5-1946 at Srikakulam. Studied in Mrs. A.V.N.College High School and Pre-University Course in Mrs.A.V.N.College, at Visakhapatnam. Studied B.Sc., in Govt. Arts College, Srikakulam and obtained Law Degree in Andhra University.
He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1968 and practiced in the office of His Uncle Sri V.N.PANTHULU, a leading advocate, at Srikakulam and also practiced at Visakhapatnam for a short while.
Appointed as District Munsif in August 1976,promoted as Subordinate Judge in 1984, promoted as District Judge in 1991 and worked at Machilipatnam; Chairman, Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, at Eluru, Principal Judge for ACB & SPE Cases, Hyderabad and Principal District Judge Medak, Khammam, Guntur, Hyderabad, Nellore, Member Secretary, A.P.State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad and Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Elevated as Additional Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 04-01-2006 and as a Permanent Judge on 19-12-2007. He appointed as President, A P State Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission and assumed charge on same day i.e. on 19-12-2007.

Hon’ble Sri Justice Gopala Krishna Tamada was born on 11th April, 1949 to late Suryanarayana, a distinguished Advocate and an illustrious father, had his early education at Parvathipuram and Bobbili in Vizianagaram District. Later he did his graduation and obtained a degree in Commerce from Andhra Loyala College, Vijayawada and a degree in Law from University Law College of Andhra University. Enrolled himself as an Advocate in the year 1975 and practised at Parvathipuram till 1980, associating himself with Sri R.V. Ramana, a Senior Advocate and a junior of his late father. He shifted his practice to Hyderabad and joined the office of Late C. Padmanabha Reddy, the leading Criminal Lawyer in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. His Lordship commanded good practice in all branches of law, i.e., Criminal, Civil and Writs. He worked as an Assistant Government Pleader during the year 1981-1983. Before elevation to the Bench, he was the Standing Counsel for Visakhapatnam Port Trust and Visakhapatnam Dock Labour Board. He was elected as the President of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates’ Association for the year 2000-2001. Elevated as a Additional Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court and sworn on 10.09.2001 and appointed as permanent Judge on 31.07.2002. Retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 10.04.2011.
His Lordship is appointed as President, A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad and assumed charge on 04.01.2014.

Hon'ble Sri Justice Noushad Ali was born on 08th March, 1952 to late Sri Md.UsmanSaheb and Smt.Rabia Bee in Palamaner, Chittoor District. Graduated from S.V.Arts College, Tirupati and obtained law degree and M.S.W. from Bangalore University.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 14-06-1976 and set up independent practice in the High court of Andhra Pradesh appearing in civil, transport and constitutional cases. Served as the Executive Member of High Court Advocates Association; Vice President of High Court Advocates Association; Member of A.P. State Bar Council, Member of A.P. State Wakf Board. Worked as Government Pleader in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and was standing counsel of U.P. Export Corporation and legal advisor to A.P. Commission for Minorities.

Sworn-in as Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 18-12-2009. Appointed as Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh and assumed charge as such on 26-11-2010. Retired on attaining the age of superannuation on the afternoon of 07-03-2014.Served as Member in A.P. Judicial Academy. Assumed Office as President, A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hyderabad on 1.4.2015.
